About The Edergole Kitchen

The Edergole Kitchen is a family run plant based catering company. Mike Harris and Jo Lewis have been working and cooking together since they met over twenty five years ago. For eight years they ran the award winning ‘Heathers’ vegan and vegetarian restaurant in London, winning awards from the AA, Time Out Magazine, The Vegan Society and multiple complimentary reviews in the national press (‘London’s finest vegetarian restaurant’ The Guardian).

After moving to Leitrim to raise three healthy vegan boys at the turn of the millennium, and to build their dream straw-bale house, Mike and Jo returned to the catering business. Mike helped run The Grass Roof Café at The Organic Centre in Rossinver from 2004-7 while Jo and Mike catered offsite for many events such as art openings, weddings and any functions requiring inspirational and unique vegan and vegetarian food.
